Another huge update, with alot of changes to Rumia’s skills once again.

  • Lily White’s dryads health changed from 320 -> 275

Rumia changes:

  • Moon Sign “Moonlight Ray” (X)
    Deals damage to the targeted enemy. Also stuns if used at night.
    60/120/180/240/300 damage, 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 second stun.
    Mastery bonus: Stuns for 1 second during daytime.
    14 second cooldown, 580 range.
  • Darkness Sign “Demarcation” (C)
    Releases the power of darkness around Rumia, dealing damage in 400 range. Range increased to 550 during night.
    Damage: 55/110/165/220/275(daytime), 70/140/210/280/350(nighttime)
    Mastery bonus: Cooldown reduced from 14 seconds to 11.5 seconds.
  • Sword “Stormbringer” (V)
    Rumia’s movement and attack speed is increased, and every attack reduces the enemy’s armor for 4 seconds. Armor reduction stacks with additional attacks up to 5 times.
    4%/7%/10%/13%/16% MS increase, 8%/16%/24%/32%/40% AS increase, 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 armor reduction.
    Mastery bonus: Armor reduction stacks up to 7 times, and duration increased to 6 seconds.
  • Night Sign “Night Bird” (B)
    Rumia uses the power of darkness to increase her attack power. Increases by more during night.
    Increases damage by 10%/20%/30% during daytime, and 15%/30%/45% during night.
    Mastery bonus: Strength and Intelligence reduced by 18, but Agility increased by 57.
  • Darkness Sign “Dark Side of the Moon” (F)
    Rumia has the ability to control darkness, allowing her to create an artificial night. Does not consume mana.
    Creates an artificial night for 40 seconds.
    100 second cooldown.

Item changes:

  • Pandemonium range reduced from 400 -> 300
    Alastor and Pandemonium now have range of 300 and width of 400.
  • Summer Mask mana regeneration reduced from 1 -> 0.6
  • Tal’lasha’s Wand mana regeneration aura reduced from 3 -> 1.55
  • Tal’lasha’s Amulet mana AoE heal reduced from 150 -> 120
  • Magic Stick global mana regeneration aura reduced from 2 -> 1.5
  • Barisada damage formula changed from 10+Sacrificial Doll Level*6 -> 7+Sacrificial Doll Level*8

Other changes:

  • The item-buying area is now more spacious
  • An invulnerable stash has been introduced. Each player has their own stash in base which can hold up to 6 items.
  • Mana Potion bonus mana regeneration changed from 3 -> 2.5
  • Three Drops bonus health regeneration changed from 4 -> 3
    Three Drops now adds 45 maximum health.
  • Various text fixes

English version fixes:

  • Yuyuko’s icon no longer crashes the game in B26Fix3.

I wonder if Rumia is really fixed this time.

Anyway, in the origianl B26Fix3 there’s a bug with Yuyuko’s icon, in which seeing it will cause the game to crash. I’ve fixed it in this version in order to be able to release B26Fix3 rather than having to wait for Fix4. Everything else should mostly be identical with the korean version. Also fixed the issue where the star-filled CLAN LOTU crap at the start wasn’t showing, you now get to see that every game.

Rumia’s changes were basically reverted to the older type of Rumia this time, albeit with some skill re-ordering here and there. I think it’s alot less unbalanced than the old new Rumia, but it’ll be interesting to see how it plays out.

The nerf to the Tal’lasha items make me sad, since they were the best mana items around(probably still are, actually). The slight nerfing of these cheaper mana items means that it would probably be a good idea to rush for a better mana item, or probably better mana rationing would be required.

Most of the other changes seem to be pretty much the standard round of balance changes that’s in every release, so not really much else to say about that.
