    Normal spell animation time is 2.1 seconds, Kyouku has 1.4 seconds, Keine has 0.9 seconds, Parsee and Lily White have 0 seconds.

  • Toyosatomimi’s Laser of Seventeen Articles slow changed from 15% -> 10/15/20/25/30(%)
  • Toyosatomimi’s Halo of the Guse Kannon base heal amount changed from 40/55/70/85/100 -> 65/87/110/132/155
    Now targets buildings.
  • Toyosatomimi’s Colors of Twelve Levels values changed.
    Rank 1~3: 50/80/110 -> 40/80/140 (MP Heal)
    Rank 4~7: 100/200/300/400 -> 90/200/325/470 (HP Heal)
    Rank 8~11: 15/25/35/45(%) and 5/10/15/20 -> 10/22/40/65(%) and 4/10/18/30 (ATK/ARMOR)
    Rank 12: 35% chance to do 100 damage in 250 AoE -> 50% chance to do 150 damage in 275 AoE

  • Suwako’s Red Frog in Year 4 of Houei’s Mastery bonus now casts Suwako’s level of “Two Bows, Two Claps and One Bow”. If Suwako has not learnt it, level 1 is cast.
  • Suwako’s Jade of the Horrid River cooldown changed from 14/9 -> 12/6.5
    Mana cost changed from 75/90/105/120/135 -> 80/100/120/140/160
  • Alice’s Artful Sacrifice stun time changed from 1.5 -> 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2
  • Sanae’s 9 Character Pierce now ignores magic immunity.
  • Yuugi’s Mysterious Powers and Disrupting Spirits changed to Physical Damage. (Works with lifesteal).
  • Hatate’s Hermit Purple cooldown changed from 16 -> 16/15/14/13/12
  • Eirin’s Game of Life heal values changed from 25/50/75/100/155 -> 30/60/90/120/170
