General Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug with Youmu’s Heavenly Sword
  • Fixed a problem with Rumia’s innate
  • Fixed a bug where Lizberne’s evasion probability was still 10%

Hero Balance Changes

  • Medicine’s Sweet Poison damage has been increased from 3/7/12/18/25 -> 8/12/17/23/30
  • Medicine’s Sweet Poison mana cost has been set from 30/35/40/45/50 -> 30
  • ZUN’s Drunken Haze mana cost has been increased from 65/80/95/110/125 -> 70/85/100/115/130
  • ZUN’s Drunken Haze mastery now reduce cooldown to 15 seconds
  • ZUN’s Gengetsu attack speed increased from 3 to 2.5 seconds
  • ZUN’s Yumemi Okazaki’s maximum mana has been increased to 450 (starting mana still 300)
  • ZUN’s Yumemi Okazaki mana regeneration increased to 20
  • ZUN’s Yumemi Okazaki’s Mini ICBM mana cost has been increased from 100 -> 150
  • ZUN’s Yumemi Okazaki’s Mini ICBM cooldown has been reduced from 30/20/10 -> 20/14/8
  • ZUN’s Yumemi Okazaki teleport cost reduced from 150 to 100 mana
  • Tatara Kogasa’s Over the Rainbow cooldown reduced from 9 -> 9/7.75/6.5/5.25/4 seconds
  • Miyako’s summoned unit attack speed has been reduced from 1.35 -> 1.35/1.1/0.85 seconds
  • Miyako’s Poison Murder damage has been increased from 8/11/14/17/20% -> 6/12/18/24/30%
  • Star Sapphire’s Petit Comet interval has been reduced from 1/0.9/0.8/0.7/0.45 -> 1/0.85/0.7/0.55/0.35
  • Momiji’s Rabies Bite has been increased from 55/110/165/220/275 and 4/8/12/16/20% -> 60/120/180/240/300 and 6/12/18/24/30%
  • Momiji’s Blood Scent has been changed to passive, mastery bonus increases AS bonus
  • Momiji’s Blood Scent can no longer be copied by Satori
  • Kaenbyou Rin’s Ghost Town raised creeps now have 10/15/20% magic resistance
  • Wriggle Nightbug’s UltraKabuterimon attack area range has been reduced from 450 -> 350
  • Wriggle Nightbug’s UltraKabuterimon third form attack speed increased from 0.7 -> 0.85

Item Balance Changes

  • Negation Staff now needs Spiritual Pendant instead of Mana Pendant

Other Changes

  • Added Original Reflect Mode (Original Mode): everything dies in one hit

Momiji’s Blood Scent description still mentions cooldown in-game, dunno.
