Hero Balance Changes

  • Suwako’s Two Bows range increased from 525 -> 600
  • Suwako’s Two Bows strike range increased from 850 -> 950
  • Suwako’s Iron Ring mana cost changed from 14/8 -> 10/12/14/16/11.
  • Suwako’s Iron Ring activation cost changed from 20/25/30/35/40 -> 30
  • Suwako’s Jade River range changed from 820 -> 865
  • Suwako’s Red Frog critical chance increased from 10/20/30% -> 10/25/40%
  • Hakurei Reimu’s Bright Orb Cast Into Shade damage has been reduced from 85/110/135/160/200 -> 60/90/120/150/200
  • Kamishirasawa Keine’s God’s Realm level 1-4 range has been increased from 200 -> 450

  • Yakumo Ran’s Descent of Izuna Gongen duration has been reduced from 15/20/25 -> 10/13/16 seconds
  • Yakumo Ran’s Descent of Izuna Gongen cooldown has been set from 150/135/120 -> 150 seconds
  • Yakumo Ran’s Protection of Zenki and Goki damage reflection has been reduced from 150% -> 120%
  • Kaku’s innate, Youmu’s innate, Wriggle’s last word, Koakuma’s last word now have hero-type defense

Item Balance Changes

  • Lizberne’s evade chance has been increased from 6% -> 12%

  • Creep upgrade from 3 hero kills has been reduced from 2 -> 1 damage
  • Guard Tower damage has been increased from 60 -> 85
  • Guard Tower reward has been increased from 5 -> 20 gold
  • Cannon Tower damage has been increased from 90 -> 125
  • Cannon Tower reward has been increased from 7 -> 35 gold
  • Arcane Tower damage has been increased from 130 -> 175
  • Arcane Tower reward has been increased from 10 -> 100 gold

  • Guard Tower health has been changed to 1000 (regenerates 1 per second)

  • Barracks damage has been increased from 99 -> 149

  • All building now have a special penetrating type attack (Armor Piercing)
  • Piercing now does 80% damage to hero armor

  • Chaos type (pure) damage now does 30% damage to building
  • Siege type damage now does 150% to building
  • Heavy/Siege/Magical Jako production delay has been reduced from 20 -> 15 minutes
  • Siege Jako cost has been reduced from 100 -> 85 gold
  • Magical Jako cost has been reduced from 40 -> 30 gold
  • Knight Jako cost has been reduced from 25 -> 20 gold
  • Magical Jako armor has been changed from hero to armor
  • Knight Jako now takes 20% less damage from piercing
  • Watatsuki no Yorihime defense type has been changed
  • Tower AI has been changed.
    1. Heroes will be prioritized if they attack a tower, even if creeps are attacking the tower.
    2. If there is an enemy hero in range that is attacking a friendly hero, the tower will attack that enemy hero.
  • Equalizer mode(Equalizer Mode) has been added. All heroes have 522 base movement speed.
